About the Role: Recreation Assistant

As a Recreation Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Health and Safety of the centre at all times
  • Performing cleaning duties and preparing activity areas for planned sessions
  • Safely storing and securing all centre equipment when not in use
  • Working alongside the Duty Manager and reporting any concerns
  • Conducting patrols to ensure a safe environment

About You (Requirements & Qualities)

Key положительнай:

  • A friendly, approachable manner and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience (or willingness) to assist in first aid situations
  • Ideally, previous work within a similar role, especially in sports, leisure, or community centres
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning duties and equipment maintenance is highly preferred
