  • Over 113 live jobs to work
  • £3m in pipeline with direct clients

Commission:

  • 30% first 3 months (no threshold)
  • 40% thereafter on a quarterly £17500 threshold

Benefits: See below

You're two or three years into recruitment. You're decent at it. But you're billing UK fees on a contested desk, splitting hot clients with the person next to you, and watching your commission eroded by a threshold set in 2015.

Here's the alternative. San Francisco clients. US fee levels. A niche that's yours alone. And a sector where AI infrastructure is hiring faster than the talent market can keep up.

About Us

We're Growth. Five people in Manchester city centre, on track for a seven-figure year. We place GTM, Product & Engineering, and Research talent at Seed–Series A AI infrastructure companies — the ones building the tools the rest of the AI industry runs on. Our clients include some of the fastest-moving startups on the West Coast, and they come back because we know their market better than anyone.

What Your Desk Looks Like

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A full 360 desk in a defined vertical that nobody else in the business touches. You map the market, you build relationships with founders who reply to their own emails, you find the candidates everyone else is failing to find, and you close deals where a single placement can bill what a UK desk bills in a quarter. No internal politics over accounts. Your niche, your market, your name on it.

Who Thrives Here

  • Someone with two to four years of agency experience and numbers they're proud enough to say out loud.
  • Tech background helps but isn't required — we care more about hunger and how fast you learn a market than which one you came from.
  • You'll need to work US hours, because that's where the deals happen. Later starts, later finishes, and clients who are wide awake when you call.

What's In It For You

  • Competitive base £40,000 and 30% of all billing for the first 3 months, moving to 40% commission above threshold, one of the most aggressive schemes in the market, because US fees make it possible.
  • Hit your quarterly target and you're at Lunch Club.
  • Be the standout performer and you take Presidents Club.
  • When you hit your stretch target for the quarter, you get either a £5k bonus or can spend £5k of company money on anything.
  • The last Friday of every month is a social, no targets, no shop talk required.

Why This Sector, Why Now

Every AI company you've read about this year is built on infrastructure, the models, the tooling, the compute layer underneath. Those companies raised billions, and they cannot hire fast enough. We planted our flag in this market early, and the demand curve is only going one way. The recruiters who own these niches over the next two years will be the highest billers of their generation.

You'll work from 111 Piccadilly in the middle of Manchester, in a business with a stated plan to expand into the US. Join now, and you're not an employee number; you're one of six, with a direct line to the founder and a real shot at leading a desk, and eventually a team, as we scale.
