What You’ll Be Doing
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Supporting and guiding hiring managers through our group selection process
- Building and maintaining talent pools
- Supporting social media campaigns to attract top talent
- Proactively sourcing candidates for vacancies
- Managing your own portfolio of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and applicants
- Delivering recruitment campaigns on key vacancies

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role (agency or in-house)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with professionalism and care
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
