Recruiter Location: Remote from Latin America Schedule: Monday – Friday (7hs per day - Flexible schedule in Local Time) Compensation: Commission-Based (Earning potential based on placement success) Position Overview Are you a high-energy connector who thrives in the ever-changing environment of a startup? We are looking for a Recruiter who is more than a "resume screener." This isn't a role for someone who waits for instructions. We need a proactive professional who builds genuine relationships with candidates, and adapts as our company’s needs evolve. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling candidates Candidate Relationship Management: Act as a genuine advocate for our candidates, ensuring every individual feels seen, respected, and well-cared for through a high-touch, human-centric recruitment experience. Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure hiring aligns with our immediate and long-term scaling goals. Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has a professional, transparent, and engaging experience. Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady "bench" of talent for high-turnover or high-growth roles to ensure zero downtime in hiring. Who You Are (Requirements & Traits) The "Owner" Mindset: You take total accountability for your metrics and your candidates. You don't just report problems; you bring solutions. Proactive & Adaptive: You are comfortable with ambiguity. In a startup, priorities change, you must be able to shift focus without losing momentum. Elite Communication: Your English skills (written and verbal) are top-tier. You know how to command a room, lead a professional interview, and build rapport. Relationship Driven: You have experience in client-facing roles. You understand that recruiting is a sales role, and you know how to "sell" an opportunity while maintaining integrity. Growth-Oriented: You have a hunger to learn the intricacies of different departments (Logistics, Sales, Tech) to better vet the talent we need. Team Player: While you are an independent worker, you are a collaborative partner who shares insights and helps other departments succeed. Qualifications Recruiting experience is not required, we hire for attitude and train for skill. Tech-Forward Mindset: You are naturally tech-savvy and can quickly master new tools, maintaining high data integrity within our ATS platform. Ability to work 35hs per week Why Join Us?
