Experienced Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract)

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join us for an initial four-month fixed-term contract, supporting a busy and evolving hiring agenda. There may be potential to extend beyond the initial term based on business needs.

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving hiring challenges, and building credibility with stakeholders. The workload will likely have a strong technical focus, particularly across engineering and related skill sets, but the role offers exposure to broader hiring activities.

We’re looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, build trusted relationships, and make an impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of vacancies while partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues
  • Understand hiring needs, shape effective attraction strategies, and deliver strong hiring outcomes
    • Bring insights, challenge thinking when needed, and help leaders navigate a competitive talent market
  • Lead direct sourcing through identifying and engaging talent proactively, using market knowledge, creativity, and persistence to build quality pipelines
  • Handle a mix of straightforward and complex hiring challenges — including roles requiring discretion, careful stakeholder management, and strategic engagement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
