As a strategic partner to CTS Group and other leading data center organizations, we are on a mission to build a world-class, international organization. To achieve this, we are constructing a state-of-the-art, AI-enabled sourcing engine—a fully integrated platform that automates sourcing and matching, which will soon encompass job boards, targeted ad campaigns, outreach, and comprehensive HR support.

Your Work
As a Talent Sourcer, you are the specialist when it comes to attracting talent. Together with the team, you will develop a sourcing strategy aimed at finding and retaining relevant candidate groups.
You will identify and approach our potential "hot" candidates, build your network, and know exactly how to connect them to our customers at the right time. Whether you achieve this through direct search, by building talent pools, or by utilizing a community with engaging content, you give effect to your ideas and roll up your sleeves. There is work to be done.

You live in the UK and speak fluently English and you able to work at our office in London.
