Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for fast-paced environments? We’re looking for several skilled recruitment professionals to join a dynamic team for an exciting role based in Wimbledon.
This office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading FMCG company, supporting a surge in volume recruitment across multiple regions and the head office.
About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across various locations. Key duties include:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, and direct outreach
- Conducting telephone interviews and screening applications
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Organising assessment days and managing logistics
- Ensuring a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
✔ Sourcing candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, CV databases, and proactive outreach ✔ Screening applications to identify top talent for regional and head office roles ✔ Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability ✔ Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and managing candidate scheduling ✔ Managing assessment days, including logistics and communication ✔ Providing general recruitment admin support to streamline the process ✔ Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience throughout recruitment
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency), particularly in high-volume, fast-paced environments 🔹 Experience supporting regional teams as well as head office recruitment 🔹 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 🔹 Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple roles and regions simultaneously 🔹 Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly 🔹 Comfortable working in a structured, delivery-focused team
