As a Recruiter partnering closely with our Growth Marketing teams, you will play a critical role in helping MANUAL scale impactfully as we continue our mission to scale quality care to everyone. Growth is a core engine of our business, and this role will directly support how we acquire, engage, and retain customers as we expand.

You’ll act as a strategic talent partner to leaders across Growth Marketing - owning end-to-end hiring for high-impact roles and shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Growth roles, from intake through to offer and close

  • Proactively source and engage top talent across growth marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, lifecycle and creative strategy

  • Conduct high-quality screening interviews, assessing skills, behaviours, and alignment with MANUAL’s values

  • Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines and ensure an inclusive, structured hiring process

  • Manage candidate progression across interview stages, ensuring clear communication and an excellent candidate experience

  • Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, including talent availability, compensation, and timelines

  • Support offer management, approvals, and negotiations in partnership with People and Finance

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced in-house recruiter or talent partner, ideally with exposure to Growth, Marketing, or Commercial hiring
