As a Recruiter partnering closely with our Growth Marketing teams, you will play a critical role in helping MANUAL scale impactfully as we continue our mission to scale quality care to everyone. Growth is a core engine of our business, and this role will directly support how we acquire, engage, and retain customers as we expand.
You’ll act as a strategic talent partner to leaders across Growth Marketing - owning end-to-end hiring for high-impact roles and shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Partner closely with Growth Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies

Own full-cycle recruitment for Growth roles, from intake through to offer and close

Proactively source and engage top talent across growth marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, lifecycle and creative strategy

Conduct high-quality screening interviews, assessing skills, behaviours, and alignment with MANUAL’s values

Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines and ensure an inclusive, structured hiring process

Manage candidate progression across interview stages, ensuring clear communication and an excellent candidate experience

Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, including talent availability, compensation, and timelines

Support offer management, approvals, and negotiations in partnership with People and Finance
WHO YOU ARE
- An experienced in-house recruiter or talent partner, ideally with exposure to Growth, Marketing, or Commercial hiring
