At Arbuthnot Latham, our people are at the heart of our success. We're looking for a Recruiter to join our friendly, collaborative Recruitment Team and play a key role in attracting exceptional talent across the Bank and our wider group businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and candidates across a diverse range of roles, giving you real exposure to different areas of the business and the chance to make a visible impact. As part of our close-knit Recruitment Team and wider HR function, you'll be trusted to build strong relationships, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and contribute to initiatives that help shape how we attract and retain talent.

Role purpose

The role will support the Bank’s talent acquisition by building trusted internal relationships and help source exceptional candidates in a cost-efficient manner (with a focus on direct and referral delivery).

As a Recruiter you will support the day-to-day administration of the recruitment function whilst also taking responsibility for identifying, attracting, and sourcing quality experienced and early years candidates in an efficient, collaborative, and timely manner.

The role will report into the Head of Recruitment and will fit within the wider HR team of approximately 15.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day recruitment of junior to mid-level vacancies
  • Support, understand, and guide stakeholders with their hiring needs
  • Post job descriptions on the Application Tracking System & external job boards
  • Attract and source quality candidates through recommendations and referrals, online media/advertising streams
  • Manage job-board postings
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System (Eploy) to manage the candidate journey
  • Sift and (where appropriate) screen candidates to ensure the most relevant and capable are recommended to the Business for interview
  • Manage assessments such as psychometric tests & personality questionnaires
  • Help prepare interview documentation
  • Support Hiring Managers with arranging interviews and room bookings
  • Research candidate profiles on LinkedIn
  • Maintain strong agency relationships within the Preferred Supplier List
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the wider HR team on related recruitment matters and onboarding
  • As we are a small team, there will be opportunities to work on specific recruitment / wider HR projects
