Why This Role Exists
As a Talent Partner (G&A), you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing business teams that drive operational excellence across our clients’ organisations.
- Embedded within client teams, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment for roles across Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Strategy, Legal, People, and Marketing, helping leadership teams scale effectively through growth and change.
- You’ll partner closely with C-suite leaders, department heads, and senior stakeholders to:
- Shape hiring strategies
- Define capabilities
- Ensure recruitment aligns with business goals
- You’ll need to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, balancing operational delivery with strategic influence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across G&A and central business functions, including Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations.
- Partner with senior leaders (e.g. CFO, COO, CPO, and Chief of Staff) to:
- Scope roles
- Refine hiring processes
- Align on capability requirements
- Build trusted relationships across departments, acting as both a delivery partner and strategic advisor.
- Develop and manage strong candidate pipelines across various disciplines and seniority levels.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience through:
- Clear communication
- Thoughtful feedback
- Authentic advocacy
- Use hiring data and insights to:
- Track performance
- Forecast needs
- Inform decision-making
- Collaborate closely with your Move squad, sharing insights and continuously improving how we deliver.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in high-growth environments where change is the norm.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience hiring across multiple G&A functions, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth, fast-scaling companies.
- Strong understanding of business operations and leadership structures across Finance, Legal, People, and Strategy.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders, including influence at C-suite level.
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
- Proven success managing competing priorities and multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Comfort operating strategically and tactically, knowing when to advise, when to act, and how to balance both.
- Ideally, a background recruiting for Fintech or financial services, and UK-based, with the ability to attend occasional London meetings.
