Are you passionate about early careers recruitment, event coordination, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience? We're looking for a University Recruiting Project Specialist to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs, and interview days (virtual & onsite)
  • Partner with University Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver seamless recruitment operations
  • Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment systems, and maintain data integrity
  • Support recruitment logistics, travel, vendor management, and event planning
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and generate recruitment reports
  • Build strong relationships with universities, career centres, student organisations, and internal stakeholders
  • Promote the employer brand through recruitment campaigns and campus initiatives

We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, or University Recruiting
  • Strong Event Coordination and Candidate Management experience
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process excellence
  • Experience with financial tracking, reporting, and recruitment systems is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree required
