Recruitment Consultant (Tech) | Manchester
Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working | Uncapped Commission

We're growing our Technology Recruitment team in Manchester and are looking for ambitious people who enjoy speaking to others, building relationships, and working towards clear goals. Previous recruitment or technology experience isn't required. What matters most is attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
What does the role involve?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with technology companies to help them hire top talent while building your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
A typical week could involve:
- Speaking with businesses to understand their hiring needs
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
