Your Responsibilities
Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Taking full ownership of the recruitment process, such as:
- Role profiling
- Candidate sourcing
- CV screening
- Assessment planning
- Creatng interview scripts
- Conducting interviews
- Building a strong employer brand to attract:
- "Shouting talents" (evidently top candidates)
- "Whispering talents" (more hidden value candidates)
- Own the execution of:
- Further developing and automating recruiting processes
- Improving the onboarding process in collaboration with management

While a formal HR or recruiting background is not mandatory, the following traits are essential:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (with outstanding results)
- An UK work permit
- A curiosity and deep passion for understanding, learning, and developing others
- A desire to connect with a wide range of people, from students to executives
- An innate ability to make people comfortable in conversations
Note: We will train you in recruiting if relevant experience is absent.

Flexible
This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate, London. Our fast-paced environment demands in-person collaboration to create market-leading, unmatched events. We’d love to have you as part of the team.
