Your Responsibilities

Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Taking full ownership of the recruitment process, such as:
    • Role profiling
    • Candidate sourcing
    • CV screening
    • Assessment planning
    • Creatng interview scripts
    • Conducting interviews
  • Building a strong employer brand to attract:
    • "Shouting talents" (evidently top candidates)
    • "Whispering talents" (more hidden value candidates)
  • Own the execution of:
    • Further developing and automating recruiting processes
    • Improving the onboarding process in collaboration with management

While a formal HR or recruiting background is not mandatory, the following traits are essential:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree (with outstanding results)
  • An UK work permit
  • A curiosity and deep passion for understanding, learning, and developing others
  • A desire to connect with a wide range of people, from students to executives
  • An innate ability to make people comfortable in conversations

Note: We will train you in recruiting if relevant experience is absent.


Start Date

Flexible

This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate, London. Our fast-paced environment demands in-person collaboration to create market-leading, unmatched events. We’d love to have you as part of the team.
