The Recruiter plays a vital role in Gartner’s growth and success. In partnership with the business, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and assessing incredible talent for our organisation. You’ll witness the development of associates you’ve hired and take pride in their achievements.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined job profiles and open requisitions across assigned business units.
- Develop a deep understanding of hiring needs by building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilise knowledge of diverse recruiting sources and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Work with databases for sourcing and tracking candidates.

What We Need
- Experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
- A track record of success in goal-driven talent acquisition, demonstrated through strong performance metrics.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
