At CPM, people are at the heart of everything we do. As an Internal Recruiter, you'll recruit for Sales and Merchandising roles across the UK, representing some of the world's leading brands including Mars, ASDA, Diageo, Suntory, and Samsung. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on building relationships. Recruitment experience is not essential, the right attitude, and the enthusiasm to learn and develop a career in recruitment are essential.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The basic salary is £28,000 + OTE £5K Uncapped! You’ll also enjoy a generous holiday package, pension plan, life assurance, and access to the Peppy & DIGICARE+ health and wellbeing app.

Ideal location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14

Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office minimum

About The Role

As a Recruiter, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, helping to attract, assess, and secure the very best talent for field-based roles across the UK. Around 80% of your day will be spent on the phone, screening candidates, and keeping vacancies moving at pace.

This role would suit someone from an outbound recruitment, telesales, contact centre, or high-volume customer service background who is confident making outbound calls, managing multiple priorities, and working towards KPIs in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
