Your Responsibilities
Your role will evolve and grow, but some core responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with the CEO in weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach initiatives.
- Screen CVs as part of the first stage of recruitment.
- Own recruitment software (Greenhouse) by:
- Renewing and updating job postings.
- Enhancing job descriptions to attract more qualified candidates.
- Maintaining synchronisation between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
- Report to Senior Recruitment and the CEO.

What We Expect from You
While this role offers no prior experience requirements, you should bring the following strengths:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results (exceeding average academic standards).
- UK work permit eligibility.
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable and develop rapport easily.
- Strong ownership—taking initiative, proactiveness, and commitment to follow-through on tasks.
- A desire to learn, connect, and challenge yourself in new ways.
We are committed to teaching the essentials of recruiting, so experience is not a prerequisite—passion and potential matter more.

Location & Work Schedule
This role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at our London office (Buckingham Gate).
We collaborate intensely in person to deliver innovative events throughout the year.
