Your Responsibilities

Your role will evolve and grow, but some core responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with the CEO in weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach initiatives.
  • Screen CVs as part of the first stage of recruitment.
  • Own recruitment software (Greenhouse) by:
    • Renewing and updating job postings.
    • Enhancing job descriptions to attract more qualified candidates.
    • Maintaining synchronisation between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
  • Report to Senior Recruitment and the CEO.

What We Expect from You

While this role offers no prior experience requirements, you should bring the following strengths:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results (exceeding average academic standards).
  • UK work permit eligibility.
  • An innate ability to make people feel comfortable and develop rapport easily.
  • Strong ownership—taking initiative, proactiveness, and commitment to follow-through on tasks.
  • A desire to learn, connect, and challenge yourself in new ways.

We are committed to teaching the essentials of recruiting, so experience is not a prerequisite—passion and potential matter more.

Location & Work Schedule

This role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at our London office (Buckingham Gate).

We collaborate intensely in person to deliver innovative events throughout the year.
