Your Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, but core responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of every aspect of recruitment, such as:
    • Role profiling and candidate sourcing,
    • CV screening and assessment planning,
    • Creating and conducting interview scripts and assessments.
  • Building a strong employer brand, attracting both:
    • “Shouting talents” (obvious high-potential candidates),
    • “Whispering talents” (passive or covert top candidates).
  • Owning the implementation of process improvement, including further development and automation of recruiting methods.
  • Improving our onboarding process in close collaboration with management.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results,
  • An UK work permit,
  • A genuine and deep passion for working with people,
  • A desire to engage daily with students, junior professionals, and senior executives,
  • A natural talent for making people feel comfortable, regardless of demographics.

Start Date & Work Environment

The role is flexible in terms of start date, but fully onsite (Monday–Friday) at our Buckingham Gate offices.
