Your Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic, but core responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of every aspect of recruitment, such as:
- Role profiling and candidate sourcing,
- CV screening and assessment planning,
- Creating and conducting interview scripts and assessments.
- Building a strong employer brand, attracting both:
- “Shouting talents” (obvious high-potential candidates),
- “Whispering talents” (passive or covert top candidates).
- Owning the implementation of process improvement, including further development and automation of recruiting methods.
- Improving our onboarding process in close collaboration with management.

While we welcome candidates from HR, marketing, sales, or other unexpected backgrounds, it’s critical that you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results,
- An UK work permit,
- A genuine and deep passion for working with people,
- A desire to engage daily with students, junior professionals, and senior executives,
- A natural talent for making people feel comfortable, regardless of demographics.
Start Date & Work Environment
The role is flexible in terms of start date, but fully onsite (Monday–Friday) at our Buckingham Gate offices.
