We are seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to join our impactful Talent Search team who are building the next generation of billion-dollar startups. As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you’ll leverage your deep industry expertise to partner with Founders and Senior Technical Leaders, to source exceptional senior engineering talent.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead Top-of-Funnel Strategy: Drive candidate searches, spearhead offers, and close top talent with confidence and precision.
  • Sourcing Mastery: Partner with hiring managers to define "excellence" for each role, then craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of elite candidates, using cutting-edge tools and creative outreach.
  • Scalable Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and nurture a steady stream of top engineering talent in Cloud, Data, and AI, creating repeatable processes that fuel growth.
  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver seamless journeys for every applicant, with transparent communication and prompt updates from start to finish.
