London | Recruiter (Freelance & contract desk)

We’re hiring an experienced recruiter to join us in working with leading agencies and in-house teams across product, brand, digital, and motion. We’re looking for someone who knows this world, speaks the language, and wants to grow within it.

The role

As a Recruiter at Craft, you’ll work across the fast-moving design market - owning delivery, growing your talent pool and building your own client relationships. You’ll work closely with an Associate Director and Lead Recruiters, contributing to client development and helping manage briefs from first call to placement.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing top talent - keeping momentum high and standards even higher.

This is a high-energy role. Things move quickly, and success requires action. We’re looking for someone who thrives on doing - who responds fast, thinks clearly, and wants to make an impact.

Experience recruiting in contract markets is a plus, but not essential. More important is your appetite to learn, take ownership, and grow.

How we think about performance

We work in a market where reputation matters. Relationships last. So when we talk about high performance, we mean:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
