The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across industries This is a unique, purely performance-based opportunity. You’ll receive a referral fee for each expert you introduce who is successfully engaged and begins work on a project. Fees are paid for the duration of the expert’s engagement, enabling you to build a sustainable passive income stream.

As a Recruiter, you will: Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts. Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time.
Your Profile:
Proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition (multi-industry experience preferred). Recruiting experience in the US, Canada, and EU. Native or bilingual English proficiency. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
