About the Role
As part of our continued growth in Europe, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across 16 European countries in a highly regulated medical devices environment.
This is a key role within our European HR team, partnering closely with HR Managers and hiring managers across functions while also contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role can be located in:
- Our French office in Villebon-sur-Yvette
- Our UK office in Maidenhead
- Our German office in Schorndorf
Fluent English and German is essential for confident shortlisting.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Process
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across 16 European countries
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, agencies, employee referrals)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Shortlist candidates with a focus on technical skills, regulatory awareness, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview processes with HR Manager and hiring manager
Employee Engagement & KPIs
- Own and manage the European Employee Referral Program, driving engagement and improving pipeline quality
- Monitor and report on European recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, volumes, pipeline health, source effectiveness)

Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with GDPR, internal policies, and regulatory standards
- Identify continuous improvement projects to enhance attraction and recruitment of high-calibre employees
About You
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in Recruitment, ideally in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Strong working knowledge of European recruitment practices and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment roles across countries and functions
- Comfortable operating in an international environment
- Highly organised, with strong administrative skills
- Data-driven, with experience in preparing KPIs
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English and German (required for shortlisting)
Additional languages are a plus.
