Position: Recruiter

Type: Contract

Compensation: $18–$60/hour

Location: Remote


Role Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and conversion rates, and report on progress.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting workflows.
