Position: Recruiter
Type: Contract
Compensation: $18–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and conversion rates, and report on progress.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting workflows.
