Recruiter, International Sales
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter, International Sales based in United Kingdom.
As a Recruiter, International Sales, you will own strategic talent acquisition initiatives across international markets, with a strong focus on Sales and other business-critical functions. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, identify exceptional candidates, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Working in a remote, globally distributed environment, you will combine market expertise, sourcing excellence, and data-driven decision-making to build strong talent pipelines. This role offers the opportunity to influence international growth by connecting teams with outstanding professionals while improving recruiting processes and candidate experiences. You will play a key role in shaping how organizations attract and hire top talent in competitive markets.
Accountabilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for international business roles, including Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other strategic functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define search strategies, candidate profiles, market approaches, and hiring priorities.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across EMEA and global markets.
- Develop talent maps by researching priority markets, competitor organizations, high-performing companies, referral networks, and specialized candidate communities.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality experience aligned with organizational values and expectations.
- Use recruiting data, market insights, funnel metrics, and conversion rates to evaluate search performance and improve hiring strategies.
- Drive effective hiring decisions by facilitating candidate calibration, structured feedback, and efficient interview processes.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows, including intake processes, sourcing methods, scorecard alignment, candidate assessment, and offer execution.
- Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to manage international hiring considerations and maintain efficient processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success supporting international hiring within high-growth technology companies.
- Strong experience recruiting for Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business-focused roles.
- Deep understanding of EMEA talent markets and the ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on region, function, and candidate profiles.
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing, market mapping, candidate intelligence, passive candidate engagement, assessment, and closing strategies.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business roles across go-to-market, operations, compliance, marketing, and related functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics, pipeline performance, market data, and candidate insights to make informed recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers, build trust, influence decisions, and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present market insights, candidate evaluations, and recruitment progress.
- High ownership, adaptability, persistence, and sound judgment when managing complex and specialized searches.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment with collaboration across EMEA and U.S. time zones.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, research, problem-solving, and recruiting effectiveness is considered an advantage.
