We are looking for a Recruiter to join our friendly Bristol & Bath office on a part-time basis (2 days per week). You will collaborate closely with an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for care professionals across the local area.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently while remaining highly organised and committed to providing an excellent candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the recruiter with managing the end-to-end recruitment process for care and office-based roles
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews
  • Booking and coordinating recruitment events and interviews
  • Supporting candidates through onboarding and compliance checks
  • Building relationships with local communities, job centres and recruitment partners
  • Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate records using our recruitment systems
  • Supporting recruitment projects and ideas to help grow the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A confident and professional manner
  • Someone proactive, positive and able to work at pace
  • Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
  • A team player who enjoys building relationships
  • Experience in care recruitment
