Recruitment Consultant | Boutique Business Support Focused firm

Salary DOE | Generous commission + remote first offering

Are you a relationship-led recruiter who enjoys building long-term partnerships as much as finding exceptional talent? We're a small, established boutique recruitment agency specialising in high-end business support appointments. We pride ourselves on delivering a genuinely consultative service to both clients and candidates, working with leading businesses to recruit Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Office Managers and other business support professionals.

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team in a true 360 recruitment role. You'll take ownership of the entire recruitment process—from winning new business and managing client relationships to interviewing candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey, and successfully placing them. This is an opportunity to join a business where quality, relationships and reputation come first.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
