Recruiter Position
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to join an international and collaborative environment where you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract exceptional talent across global markets.
You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring professionals while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
The position combines strategic sourcing, relationship building, and hands-on recruitment execution.
You will contribute to strengthening hiring processes, improving candidate experiences, and supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition.
Working with diverse teams and roles, you will have the autonomy to make an impact while continuing to develop your recruitment expertise.

Accountabilities
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, developing strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and consistent hiring experience. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and active ownership of recruitment strategies across multiple functions.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, recruitment platforms, networking, and direct search techniques.
- Conduct candidate research and headhunting activities across different countries and talent markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
- Review CVs, schedule interviews, conduct candidate assessments, and ensure timely communication and feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define expectations, and support effective hiring decisions.
- Ensure structured and consistent interview processes across teams.
- Provide recruitment guidance and training sessions to interviewers when needed.
- Support hiring across both technical and non-technical functions, adapting sourcing strategies based on business needs.

Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, with IT recruitment experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, headhunting methods, and recruitment tools.
- Good understanding of the IT talent market and familiarity with technical terminology.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of roles, with the ability and willingness to support non-technical hiring areas such as finance, marketing, and legal.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for iGaming businesses, closing non-IT roles, or sourcing candidates through industry events is considered an advantage.
