About this role
The Recruiter plays a pivotal role at Gartner. Working in close partnership with the business, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and assessing top talent to support our organisation’s success. This role offers the unique opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with candidates and witness their professional growth, contributing directly to their achievements and your own.
What you’ll do
- Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across your assigned Business Units
- Develop a deep understanding of job profiles by maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers
- Leverage knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute creative, results-driven recruitment strategies
- Work confidently with candidate databases for sourcing, tracking, and management
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate or agency recruitment
- A credible track record of success in a metrics- or goal-based talent acquisition setting
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A determined, results-focused mindset with a drive to exceed goals
