What Makes Us a Great Place To Work
Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As part of the General Management Consulting Recruiting and Onboarding team, you’ll support the hiring and onboarding of Associate Consultants and Consultants into the London office through the Experienced Hiring channel. The team is dedicated, innovative, supportive and really fun!
What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll contribute across the full recruiting lifecycle—learning, coordinating, and delivering with excellence:
- Run CV screening for experienced hire applications, applying clear judgement and drawing from experience and partnering with the Manager on borderline cases
- Own interview day execution end-to-end — scheduling, logistics, interviewer briefings, materials, catering — and serve as the lead on-the-day contact for candidates
- Manage candidate communications throughout the process, ensuring every touchpoint is timely, high-quality, and reflective of our employer brand
- Plan and deliver experienced hire candidate events (e.g. networking sessions, insight events, hiring drives), including agenda, logistics, materials, and follow-up
- Manage the experienced hiring inbox, triaging enquiries and resolving them independently where appropriate
- Own the referrals process for experienced hires, including communications, tracking, and reporting outcomes back to referrers and the wider team
- Conduct “recruiter calls” between interview rounds
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the applicant tracking system, and as appropriate, produce pipeline updates and reporting for channel stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve experienced hiring processes and tools, and collaborate with the broader team to implement changes
- Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to Associate(s) on the team, sharing knowledge of systems, processes, and best practice
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives, including recruiter commitments, office meetings, and cross-channel projects
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
