As a Recruiting Senior Associate at Huron, you will support recruitment across Europe, with a strong focus on France and additional support for the UK&I, Switzerland, and Poland.
This role requires a consultative recruiter who can advise business leaders, HR, and Centers of Excellence while navigating country-specific talent dynamics, candidate expectations, employment practices, and compliance considerations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting across Europe, familiarity with local hiring requirements, and the judgment to partner with HR and legal/compliance resources on employment contracts, work authorization, documentation, notice periods, compensation expectations, and onboarding. Preferred locations are Belfast or Poland;

Key Responsibilities
Europe Recruiting & France Market Expertise
- Manage recruiting priorities across Europe, with primary focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing talent for France and UKI roles.
- Build targeted pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, engage passive talent, and advise stakeholders on market availability, candidate expectations, compensation positioning, language needs, and competitive dynamics.
Advisory Partnership & Compliance Awareness
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing data-driven updates, market insights, and practical recruiting recommendations.
- Partner closely with HR, Compensation, Legal, Operations, Resource Management, and other Centers of Excellence to support compliant, integrated, and locally relevant recruiting strategies.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across Europe, including stakeholder intake, sourcing, assessment, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding readiness.
- Partner with HR Shared Services and COEs to ensure consistent processes, strong candidate experience, and alignment with Huron standards.

Talent Assessment & Candidate Experience
- Use Huron’s interview framework to assess qualifications, motivation, market alignment, and fit.
- Deliver clear evaluation summaries and ensure candidates receive timely, culturally aware communication throughout the process.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated delivery across Europe.
- Strong consultative partnership skills with business leaders, HR, and Centers of Excellence.
- Deep experience recruiting in the France market, including familiarity with candidate expectations, sourcing channels, employment practices, and local hiring considerations.
- Working knowledge of recruiting-related employment-law and compliance considerations across relevant European markets.
- French language skills strongly preferred; professional fluency in English required.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with MS Office, ATS platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Agency, managed services, consulting, or professional services experience highly desired.
