The Role
We are seeking a versatile Talent Sourcer to join our global recruiting team and drive our hiring efforts across a wide range of functions. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and connect with top talent, ensuring a high-quality, diverse pipeline of candidates for our open positions across EMEA.
While you will support a broad spectrum of roles, including GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A, you will operate as an agile member of the Talent team, pivoting between departments as business needs shift. You will be responsible for market mapping, talent pipelining, and executing data-driven outreach strategies to engage passive candidates in a competitive landscape across EMEA.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand the requirements and nuances of roles across GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A Full-Spectrum Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines across multiple business units, maintaining the flexibility to shift focus based on evolving regional priorities Engagement & Outreach: Utilise tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop personalised, high-conversion outreach that clearly communicates our value proposition and unique challenges Candidate Assessment: Lead initial phone screens to evaluate professional competency, experience, and overall cultural fit Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Greenhouse, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes and regional regulations (including GDPR) Seamless Coordination: Work closely with recruiters and scheduling teams to ensure a premium candidate experience from initial contact through to the interview stage Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, EMEA market insights, and talent acquisition best practices, sharing actionable recommendations with the wider recruiting team

EMEA Expert: You bring a proven track record of sourcing talent across the EMEA region You understand the nuances of different talent hubs and know how to navigate diverse, multi-country candidate pools Experienced Recruiter: You have a solid background in talent sourcing, ideally with a blend of in-house and agency experience Relationship Builder: You build trust-based relationships across the business to passionately connect professionals with roles that align with their experience and motivations Highly Organised: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative Problem Solver: You enjoy the challenge of finding "the needle in the haystack" and think creatively to identify and engage top-tier talent in competitive markets Knowledgeable: You have a deep understanding of the regional talent market for technology, professional services, and corporate functions, along with a firm grasp of relevant employment laws Data-Driven: You are comfortable using data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and refine overall sourcing strategies
