Job Title: Recruitment Account Coordinator
Location: Lutterworth
Pay Rate: GBP 13.50 to GBP 14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (07:00 - 15:00) or Sunday to Thursday (19:00 - 06:00)
Experience: Previous experience working within Customer Services and/or Recruitment would be beneficial
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)

The Role
As a Recruitment Account Coordinator, you will report into the Senior Account Manager and your duties will include:
- Performing shift check-ins
- Monitoring workforce performance
- Entry of daily hours into internal reports and systems
- Creating daily staff plans and managing the availability pool
- Dealing with client and worker requests
- General data entry and management
- General office duties (photocopying, scanning, etc.)
- Leading site tours and employee inductions
- Governance and compliance checks
No two days are the same, so we're looking for people who enjoy keeping busy and are happy to learn new skills. You should be great at building relationships with different types of people.

About You
Previous experience working in Customer Services or Recruitment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
