As Recruitment Administrator / Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the central organiser for the end-to-end recruitment process. Acting as a go-to coordinator, you’ll ensure interviews, onboarding, and administrative support flow effortlessly across all RSM UK service lines. Partnering with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, you’ll create a polished, efficient, and engaging experience for everyone involved.
This is a 6-month fixed-term role.

Key Responsibilities
Your impact will be wide-reaching, shaping how we attract and retain top talent:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles, expertly managing candidate and interviewer diaries whilst efficiently resolving diaries conflicts and scheduling challenges
- Manage candidate and interviewer communications, ensuring clear, timely, and professional updates throughout every stage of the process
- Collaboratively distribute tasks by strategically managing inbound requests via our shared inbox to ensure timely processing
- Support recruitment administration, including:
- Compiling visa pack documents for successful candidates to initiate sponsorship processes via Global Mobility
- Maintaining accurate trackers and reporting data to support stakeholders
