Our Experienced and Executive Hiring team sits at the heart of the People function, partnering closely with stakeholders across the firm to attract and secure top talent. We are a collaborative, high-performing team focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, whilst continuously evolving our processes to support business growth.
As a Recruitment Administrator / Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will ensure interviews, onboarding, and key administrative activities run smoothly across multiple service lines. Working closely with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers, you will help deliver a professional, efficient and engaging hiring experience at every stage.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract role.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles, managing diaries and resolving availability conflicts
- Manage candidate and interviewer communications, ensuring clear, timely and engaging updates throughout the process
- Collaboratively distributing and executing work by effectively managing inbound requests via the shared inbox
- Support recruitment administration, including compiling candidate visa packs for successful candidates to initiate sponsorship processes by Global Mobility and maintaining accurate trackers and reporting data
