Grafton Banks Finance Recruitment Administrator – Brighton

Grafton Banks Finance, a successful specialist recruiter placing qualified finance professionals across the Southeast, is recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced recruitment team supporting day-to-day recruitment activity.


About the Role

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our database
  • Posting job adverts
  • Conducting reference and right-to-work checks
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters
  • Managing IR35 and interim contractor administration
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Handling office management duties

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: £28,000 – 30,000
  • Hybrid working model (3 days in Hove offices)
  • Flexible working hours considered, making it suitable for applicants with needs or preferences
