About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join their growing remote recruitment team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, HR assistants, and individuals looking to begin or develop a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, managing candidate records, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment administration.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system.
  • Post vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Screen applications and organise candidate documentation.
  • Respond to candidate enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Update recruitment reports and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate and compliant.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous administration, customer service, HR, office support, or recruitment experience is beneficial.
