Position Overview

We are looking for an proactive and hands-on HR Recruitment & Administration Coordinator to support and coordinate our HR operations across the UK, USA, and Europe.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in recruitment and HR administration who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will remain actively involved in day-to-day recruitment and admin tasks, while also coordinating the function, improving processes, and overseeing the work of the Talent Acquisition team.

You will report directly to the Senior HR Manager and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality HR service.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions
  • Conduct interviews and support hiring managers in candidate selection
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with our brand
  • Monitor recruitment performance and provide regular insights and reporting

Team Coordination

  • Oversee and support the HR Recruitment & Admin team
  • Allocate and prioritise tasks across the function
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in all HR processes
  • Act as a key point of contact for recruitment and HR admin queries

Onboarding

  • Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding experience
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires across departments
  • Monitor onboarding feedback and implement improvements

HR Administration

  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure contracts, offers, and HR documents are accurate and compliant
  • Support performance review cycles, training, and development initiatives
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure timely updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
