Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator

About the Role

We’re seeking a Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator to join a prestigious organisation in the education sector. This is a full-time position running on term-time hours plus 4 weeks' annual leave, offering an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right experience.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring full compliance with safeguarding legislation, including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and statutory safer recruitment guidelines.

You will work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR, and operational teams to guarantee all staff meet compliance standards before beginning employment.

This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment and compliance experience in education, with a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and safer recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy approval to onboarding.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns, interview scheduling, and onboarding support for managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
