About the Role
We're working with a well-regarded, international Law Firm that is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join its growing talent team. Supporting a high-performing recruitment function, this role will offer exposure to senior-level hiring activity and play an important role in ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Salary – approx. £30k-£38k
Hybrid approach – 3 days in office per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support a variety of recruitment initiatives, market research projects and talent acquisition activities, while helping to coordinate recruitment processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Duties
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for candidates and stakeholders.
- Coordinating interviews, meetings and recruitment-related scheduling across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
- Assisting with candidate management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring relevant documentation is completed and stored appropriately.
- Supporting market research and talent mapping projects to identify potential talent and provide insight into competitor activity and market trends.
- Preparing recruitment reports, presentations and briefing materials to support hiring and business planning discussions.
- Liaising with external recruitment partners and maintaining strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Assisting with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires joining the business.
- Supporting the collection and analysis of recruitment data, helping to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Contributing to recruitment projects aimed at enhancing candidate attraction, engagement and overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintaining recruitment systems and databases, ensuring information remains accurate, up to date and compliant.

Requirements
The suitable Recruitment Assistant will possess previous recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. An interest in recruitment strategy, market research and talent identification would be highly advantageous, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
