Recruitment at Red Sky
Recruitment at Red Sky goes beyond filling open positions. We build the teams behind new ventures and help technology companies find people who can make a real difference to their business. You will work across two areas:
- Venture & Portfolio Recruitment - You will work closely with founders, investors and business leaders to find founders, founding team members and key hires for new ventures and growing portfolio companies.
- External Recruitment - You will lead recruitment projects for external clients, working directly with decision-makers and taking ownership of successful delivery. This part of the role comes with uncapped commission linked to successful placements.
Compensation
We offer B2B cooperation with a fixed monthly base of PLN 10,000 plus a delivery-based commission. Depending on the number and value of successfully completed external recruitment projects, total monthly compensation can reach PLN 16,000.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

After the interview process, there are two possible paths. Depending on mutual fit and availability, we may move directly to a full-time collaboration or suggest starting with a paid freelance recruitment project. The freelance project is not another recruitment task. It is real, paid work on an actual search, with a clearly defined scope, timeline, compensation and success criteria agreed before the project begins.
Our goal is to complete the interview process within 2 weeks. You will hear from us at every stage.
You should have
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in tech, startups, executive search or specialized recruitment.
- Strong active sourcing skills and experience finding candidates beyond basic LinkedIn searches.
- Experience recruiting for tech, product, growth, business or leadership roles.
- The ability to run an intake meeting and translate a business need into a realistic search strategy.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Confidence in working directly with founders, senior leaders and clients.
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate communication.
- Strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple searches with clear priorities.
- Hands-on experience using AI and modern sourcing technologies to improve search quality, speed and candidate discovery.
- Excellent Polish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in founder search, executive recruitment or C-level hiring.
