About The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Business Partner to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience, supporting our growth while enhancing our employer brand.

As the go-to expert for all recruitment activity, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to deliver a seamless, high-quality end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll have real influence in embedding recruitment best practice, improving processes, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead recruitment campaigns across job boards, social media, and events to attract top talent Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and attend Job Fairs Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring an excellent experience throughout Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, and offer processes Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide expert recruitment advice Support internal mobility and application processes Coordinate and deliver smooth, efficient interview processes Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding Manage agencies effectively, reducing reliance and spend where possible Track recruitment metrics and provide insight to improve hiring outcomes Maintain accurate data within the ATS (Teamtailor) Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and practices

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years’ recruitment experience (in-house or agency) Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Proven ability to source talent proactively (LinkedIn, networking, events) Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and challenge the status quo
