Job Opportunity: Experienced Internal Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting permanent employees across our global business, partnering closely with stakeholders to identify, attract and secure exceptional talent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and proactively engaging with the market to identify the very best candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent hires across multiple business areas.
  • Partnering with hiring managers, Staffing teams and senior stakeholders (up to Vice President level) to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing expert market insight and recruitment advice throughout the hiring process.
  • Proactively sourcing, networking and engaging with high-quality candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.
  • Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience.
  • Using recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge, improve processes and support strategic recruitment initiatives.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, either in-house or within an agency environment.
  • Strong direct sourcing experience, with the ability to identify, engage and attract passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, technical or consulting roles; experience within a consulting or professional services environment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for finding great talent and continuously improving recruitment processes.
