Role Description
The Recruitment Coordinator role at Word360 is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for linguists and support staff, including posting job adverts, screening applications, and arranging interviews. The Recruitment Coordinator will maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Daily tasks include updating recruitment databases, preparing offer documentation, and supporting onboarding activities. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to understand workforce needs, provide regular recruitment reports, and uphold compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills to build effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to manage full-cycle recruitment and assess candidate suitability.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to create clear job postings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely updates.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR administration is beneficial, ideally within a service-oriented or multilingual environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and MS Office (or equivalent productivity tools) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic employment practices and the ability to maintain confidential information with high attention to detail is preferred.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
