Recruitment Compliance & Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Compliance & Operations Coordinator to support a growing healthcare staffing business.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment administration, candidate onboarding, compliance, staffing, healthcare administration, or recruitment operations.
This is a varied office-based position supporting recruiters, compliance teams, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment administration, candidate onboarding, compliance documentation, interview coordination, database management, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Schedule and confirm interviews
- Manage job adverts across job boards and social media platforms
- Support candidate onboarding and registration
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM/ATS
Compliance Administration
- Obtain and verify compliance documentation
- Chase outstanding references, right-to-work documents, and certifications
- Maintain candidate files in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
Administration & Operations
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and recruitment documentation
- Manage inboxes and respond to candidate enquiries
- Support recruiters and management with day-to-day administration
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Professional and proactive approach
- Experience within recruitment, compliance, healthcare administration, or staffing
- Experience using CRM, ATS, or recruitment systems
- Understanding of recruitment compliance processes
