We are looking for an energetic and hard working recruitment / executive search professional to join the Freshminds team for a short-term contract to support on one of our large graduate hiring programmes.
The role requires you to be a part of the Freshminds team, to help deliver on the hiring of our client’s (a leading boutique investment bank) graduate programme. There is an opportunity to convert to a permanent role with Freshminds at the end of the programme, but this is not guaranteed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Screening applications for suitable candidates
- Conducting technical and behavioural interviews
- Organising networking events (requires some travel to Oxford & Cambridge)
- Contributing to the shortlisting of candidates of the highest calibre
