Role Description
Ready to build a rewarding career in recruitment? Join Airswift's Manchester team as a Recruitment Consultant in a hybrid role. You'll manage the full recruitment process, work with international clients, and connect top talent with exciting opportunities.
No recruitment experience? No problem! We're looking for people with experience in sales, business development, or relationship management who enjoy building relationships, achieving targets, and delivering great service. Full training and support will be provided.

Principle Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Deliver a range of permanent recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
- Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue.
- Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Tenacious and determined to succeed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
- A great work ethic with a desire to get the job at hand done.
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone based sales role preferred, but not required.
- A decision maker and solutions provider.
- Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services.
