Recruitment Consultant (180) – Technology Recruitment
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Are you an ambitious recruiter looking to join a high-performing technology recruitment team? We're working with a well-established recruitment business that is looking to hire a 180 Recruitment Consultant to support the delivery of a high volume of technology vacancies for an established client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys candidate management, building relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions without the pressure of business development.
The Role
As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from candidate identification through to placement. You'll work closely with an experienced business development team, focusing on delivering high-quality talent across a wide range of technology roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technology professionals.
- Manage a high volume of live vacancies across multiple clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using the CRM system.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (180 or 360 background considered).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for recruitment and delivering an outstanding service.
- Technology recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
