Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with a range of agencies hiring into their Leeds Graduate 2026 Intake. All training is provided, the opportunity mirrors a 12-week mini graduate scheme, training you to become a recruiter in a specialist area (Legal, Finance, Tech, etc.)

👉 You sit in the middle of both sides, think of it as being a corporate matchmaker. But realistically, where and how are you finding your candidates, and how are you winning new business and securing new clients? This is what makes recruitment a sales job.
