Position: Full-Time, Branch Based Recruitment Consultant in a 360 Role

Location: Southend-on-Sea

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant previous experience in a similar role

Salary: £33,000-£39,000, Depending on experience

Uncapped Bonus Scheme

Duties Include

  • Managing an existing Industrial desk & completing new business duties
  • Supporting business growth by completing prospective client meetings, drops and activity via all means of communication
  • Ensuring a pipeline of regular new clients
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity to ensure client staffing requirements are met.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates into suitable temporary and permanent positions.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media & CRM.
  • Managing candidate availability, bookings, and workforce planning to ensure successful fulfilment.
  • Conducting regular client service reviews to maintain high levels of satisfaction and identify ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Completing pre-employment checks, references, and right-to-work verification in line with compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring all client bookings are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining service standards.
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Resolving client and candidate queries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitoring account performance, ensuring KPIs, service levels, and compliance standards are achieved.
  • Delivering an exceptional recruitment service that supports client retention and long-term partnerships.

  • Previous experience within recruitment or similar including new business and service
  • Strong client management skills
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and workload management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
