What you’ll do:
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates. This will either be undertaken alone or in conjunction with a Delivery Executive appointed to the assignment.
- Undertake searches on the company’s database, job boards and LinkedIn and contact suitable candidates to discuss contract opportunities, to update their records and to obtain recent CV’s.
- The preparation and sending of CV’s to clients
- The arrangement of interviews including the provision of travel information where appropriate
- Work closely with the Contracts & Compliance team in matters relating to tax and social costs if contract placement is non-UK.
