Recruitment Consultant | Bristol | Interim Finance
I'm growing my team at Morgan McKinley and looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just another recruitment job.
You'll have access to a warm, established client base, working with long-standing relationships across the South West.
There's plenty of opportunity to build on the existing base while creating your own success. You'll also work directly with me. I've spent years building this market and will provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and training to help you develop your desk, win new business and maximise your earnings. Whether you're an experienced consultant looking to step up or someone with recruitment experience wanting a fresh challenge, you'll have the support to succeed. This role gives you the chance to build genuine partnerships with Finance Directors, CFOs and other C-suite leaders.
